Mart W. Swenson received a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1973, and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1976.  He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1976.  He was admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin in 1976, the Supreme Court-State of Wisconsin in 1976, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in 1985 and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 1994.

Mart W. Swenson has been representing individuals, farmers and businesses having financial difficulties for 30 years. His practice deals with all forms of bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 11 and 13).
